I have been amazed by and love using my Whirlpool Duet Front-Loading Washer and Dryer.  They have helped me to save money and time, and I love doing the laundry now!  In fact, sometimes I take a mommy time-out and just sit, watch, and listen to them as they run through their cycles.  They are my favorite appliances in our home and even my boys love to help do the laundry.  My boys are learning responsibility by helping with the laundry and they don’t even know it.  How awesome is that?

Some of my favorite features of the washer are the notifications, the convenience of filling the detergent holder ever few cycles, and the great amount of space in the tub of the washer.  I also love the fact that it has an easy-to-use clean washer cycle.  All I have to do is pop the Affresh tablet into the empty tub, turn the knob to the Affresh Clean Washer Cycle, and turn it on.  I can sit back and watch my washing machine do all the hard work.  I love it!  I also love the different cycles and options for each cycle that are available.  Not to mention the efficiency and ease of use I get from my washer.

The washer’s easy-to-fill liquid detergent reservoir can hold up to 36 loads in one fill!  The washer senses load conditions and manages the precise release of each additive at the right time during the cycle for optimal fabric care and cleaning.  With so many cycle options you can choose from Hand Wash Cycle, which mimics washing in the sink for care of hand wash only garments, to Deep Clean Steam Option, which penetrates deep into fabric fibers, breaking down and dissolving stains like grass and grease without pretreating.

I love that the dryer has so many options for drying different types and amounts of clothing articles.  My favorite is the Quick Refresh and Enhanced Touch-Up Cycles, both of which are great for clothes that dried overnight but were not folded right away.  I also love that it only takes one cycle to dry a large load of clothes, plus I can watch through the window in the front as it goes through its cycle.  If I want to dry jeans, I simply select the Jeans cycle, or for sheets and towels, I select the Heavy Duty or Towels cycle.

I also received the workstation, which I use on a consistent basis.  It makes folding laundry easy, as I have a spot to place my clean and folded clothes once they come out of the dryer and from there to their homes in the drawers where they belong.  I also make good use out of the pedestals that I received with my washer and dryer.  They raise my washer and dryer up off the ground, so that I don’t have to bend over to put clothes in or take them out.  Plus, they give me extra storage space for my laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and other laundry essentials.

The Whirlpool Duet Front-Loading HE laundry pairs are available in both top and front-load options at every price point.

I wrote this review while participating in a test-drive campaign by Mom Central Consulting on behalf of Whirlpool and received a complimentary Whirlpool Duet washer and dryer to facilitate my review.
