All of the characters are fabulous. J. K. Rowling created an outstanding fantasy world populated with a diverse set of characters. Of them all, Harry Potter is by far my favorite because of the depth of the character, but then that goes without saying because he is the protagonist in the series. Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley are both close seconds. So, aside from the three main characters, I would have to say Professor Albus Dumbledore would be my favorite because of his wit, his wisdom, and his compassion.

My favorite character has always been Snape. I always liked how he had that air of mystery around him and throughout the series you never knew if he was good or bad. I think he has one of the most intense journeys through the series out of everyone. I think his journey showed at the end of Deathly Hallows is one of the greatest moments in the entire series and shows you where his allegiance always lied.
