Enjoy the Super Bowl with Hershey’s & Giveaway

Yes….I am going to put up one of those posts relating to the sweetness that is called the Super Bowl!  Go Steelers or Packers?  I personally love watching the commercials that go along with the Super Bowl…the most entertaining of the year!  What would make the Super Bowl even more enjoyable?  Now, if you’ve read the title of this post, you know the answer.  If you know me, you immediately know the answer!  That’s right….CHOCOLATE!  A great game-time sweet snack is a bag of Hershey’s Miniatures.  Hershey’s Miniatures offer your guests variety in one package and small serving sizes in case you want a tiny treat.

The Hershey’s Miniatures also tie in with football in a different way, with a cool little giveaway the company is hosting.  Hershey and Emmitt Smith recently partnered up for the Pro-Football Hall of Fame Sweepstakes.  Now through February 28th, consumers can visit the Hershey’s Hall of Fame Sweepstakes online for a chance to win a trip for four to the 2011 Pro-Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Festival Weekend.  During the weekend, the winner and three guests will be hosted by Emmitt!

The 2011 Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Festival will take place August 5-8.  Activities include the Enshrinees Dinner, the Timken Grand Parade, Class of 2011 Enshrinement Ceremony and the Pro Football Hall of Fame Game.  Each year, fans from across the nation gather in Canton, Ohio, for the highly anticipated event.  Smith, former star running back for the Dallas Cowboys and the NFL’s all-time leading rusher, was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2010.

In addition to the grand prize, twenty first prize winners will receive a Hall of Fame Collector’s Edition football signed by Smith and 100 second prize winners will a $100 Pro Football Hall of Fame gift card.

“Hershey’s is excited to partner with the Pro Football Hall of Fame and Hall of Famer Emmitt Smith to bring added excitement to the playoff season,” said Anna Lingeris, Spokeswoman, for The Hershey Company.  “Not only are Hershey’s Miniatures Chocolates a great game day snack, but the brand is also taking fans’ love of football to the next level with the chance to see themselves next to their favorite Hall of Famers, but in chocolate.”

    The bag of miniatures is the perfect bag for my family. My son only eats Milk Choc Hersey bars. My hubby likes Mr. Goodbar. My daughter loves the krispy ones. Me, I love the Special Dark Choc. =)

    I love them all now. It took me quite a while to learn to appreciate the Special Dark but now I do. But Mr Goodbar is probably my fave of the bunch. 🙂

    Oh dear, it’s hard to just pick one, I am a bonified chocoholic! I love em all, but I’d have to say the Mr.Goodbar is my favorite.
