Roses are red….Wubbzy is yellow!  This Valentine’s Day, celebrate with the gang at Wow! Wow! Wubbzy in Wubbzy Be Mine! This festive new DVD offers loads of Valentine’s Day-themed fun for young viewers and their families, is set to spark lots of “Wubb love” and laughter – just in time to celebrate the special day.  You can purchase this DVD in stores and online, retailing for $12.98.

Wubbzy Be Mine is an irresistible compilation of three episodes featuring the series’ well-loved characters, Wubbzy, Widget, Walden and Daizy.  In “Mr. Valentine,” Wuzzleburg’s trusty mailman falls ill on Valentine’s Day and Wubbzy steps in to deliver all the valentines, but he soon discovers there are none for him.  To Wubbzy’s surprise, his pals personally deliver his valentines, saving the best for last!  In “Cupid’s Helper,” Cupid pays a visit to Wuzzleburg, but loses his prized bubble-blower.  When Wubbzy finds it, he starts blowing bubbles bringing together some of Wuzzleburg’s oddest couples.  And, in “My Speedy Valentine,” the third love-filled episode on the new release, Wubbzy and his pals try to find the fastest way ever to make their own valentines, but something keeps bugging Walden.

The DVD includes Bonus Features, such as Coloring & Activity Sheets and Sneak Peeks, as well as 8 Wubbzy Valentine’s Day Cards.  The Episodes include “Mr. Valentine,” “Cupid’s Helper,” and “My Speedy Valentine.”

    My favorite thing about Valentines Day are my memories: My first favorite memory is when I was in grade school. We made Valentine Crad holders out of construction paper that we taped to the side of our desk. All the students went around and delivered the valentines in the appropriate holder. It was fun to get home and open them all up. My second favorite memory is of my Mom decorating for the holiday. She used to have paper decorations made with velvet on the front and also the decorations made of the plastic chips.
    And my other favorite memories are of my children through the grade school years writing out their valentines and coming home with valentines of their own and opening them to see who they are from. My youngest is off to middle School in Sept. so this year will be her last for Valentines Day parties and card giving at school. I saved all the valentines my children have received so it will be fun when they are older and we can look back and remember…

    My favorite thing about Valentine’s Day is going to the grocery store the day after Valentine’s Day. They mark all the V-Day candy at least 1/2 off and then I use coupons that I have saved on top of the sale.
