Craftsman & Sears Teflon Workwear Giveaway

I love Sears and am somewhat familiar with the Craftsman line of products.  However, I most recently had the opportunity to check out the Craftsman workwear, including a Hooded Shirt Jacket, T-shirt, and Coveralls.  Dirt, grease and grime can take their toll on clothes, but with Craftsman Workwear, the Dupont Teflon fabric protector repels and releases stains to look good and last longer, job after job.

Today, November 30th is the last day you can enter for a chance to win a trip to the Daytona 500.  For the promotion, Teflon partnered with Craftsman and Sears.  You can download a 15% coupon for Craftsman workwear from the site.

The Craftsman Hooded Shirt Jacket is heavy duty and a good looking jacket.  Not only will it keep you warm, it also resists stains due to dirt, grime and grease…thanks to the Teflon fabric protector.  It has a 100% cotton shell with 100% quilted nylon for added warmth.  It also has an attached hooded jersey.  Teflon fabric protector is built into the fabric and the jacket has triple-needle stitching for durability.  The jacket is imported and has a two-year wear-out warranty.

The Craftsman Workwear Tee with Teflon fabric protector is a rib-knit crewneck tee shirt.  It is more sturdy than your average tee shirt and the Teflon fabric protector resists stains caused by dirt, grime, and grease.  It has a chest pocket with the Craftsman logo and is made of 100% cotton.  The ash color is made of cotton and polyester.  It weighs 6.75 ounces and has non-stick stain protection built right into the fabric.  It comes with a two-year wear out warranty and is available in 6 colors.

The Craftsman Long Sleeve Coveralls are heavy duty and will keep your every day clothes clean while getting the dirty work done.  There’s no need to ruin a good set of work clothes with work stains.  If you are working on the car or on the jobsite, these wrinkle resistant poly/cotton twill 1 piece overalls from Craftsman are both comfortable and durable.  They feature the triple needle construction and bar-tack stress points for added toughness.  On the coveralls, there are plenty of pockets, including an oversized utility pocket and a pencil stall on the sleeve, and elastic at the back waist for a snug fit.  The non-stick stain protection is built right into the fabric.  The front closure with snaps and heavy duty hidden 2-way zipper will keep your regular clothes safe from grim and damage.

    I’m not sure if I’ve ever had clothes with the Teflon fabric protector, but I have had pants that were supposed to repel stains. They actually did hold up to spills very well for up to a year!

    I have not, so far, experienced clothing with teflon, what a great idea. As I am blind the extra stain protection will be great, as I still do all the cooking and most of the maintenance of our home.

    No, I have never worn clothes with the Teflon fabric protector in it, well as far as I know. I’d like to win these for my husband. That way he can wear them fixing things and doing manly things in the garage and outside and such. He’d keep his other clothes clean, as these should wash up well too, making them last a long, long time.

    I haven’t tried this, but my husband drives a tow truck, and we have a repair shop.. We are always wanting to get some nice work clothes for him, but the money always seems to go toward other things. This would be an awesome win for my husband coming into the cold winter weather – sloshing around with the tow truck (poor thing)

    My dh has not worn their clothes before. I would like to win it for him because where he works is very cold this time of the year. They have to have all of the doors open so they can’t really heat the place. My dh also gets dirty at work and stains all of his clothes. it would be nice to have some stuff that stays nice looking longer. lol thank you!

    I have before, it feels a little like polyester. If you spill a bit of your drink on it it kind of beads off. It does keep the skin cooler. also i think it tends to shrink so i would go a size higher when buying it.

    I have not,nor my husband tried this clothing before, but with a husband that does most of our auto repairs, it would be so nice for him to have this type of clothing! Even with other house repairs( am thinking roofing, working the chain saw at the farm and mower or other engine work…it would save him from getting “the look” when he comes in looking like a grease monkey…and would save on my laundry!

    I have never worn Teflon products, but I would love to win them for my husband who really, really, really needs these! He can never keep good clothes, because he is constantly doing his dirty work in his clothes and ruining them! I dont care what anyone says, grease is impossible to get out! lol

    No, I have never tried these clothes but I would absolutely love to. Between ma and hubby we could get some good use out of them. I wear coveralls to walk our dogs (we live close to a highway) and they like to kick dirt on me and drag me through bushes. Lol. And hubby works in the oilfield and doesn’t think you’ve actually worked for the day unless you’re filthy. He is obviously still a kid at heart, big time.
