  1. I’d use it for the gum paste/fondant course. I’ve had a good time learning about cakes this year. I took the first few courses with my dear friend and she just recently moved so I never did sign up for the last remaining class. I’d love to know more!

  2. Since I already know how to decorate with buttercream, I’d love to take the gum paste/fondant course, to help me grow with cake decorating. thanks.

  3. Looks like you had alot of fun!! I love to bake but need to brush up on my skills, so I’d take the decorating basics course. I want to learn how to ice a cake like the pros lol..Good tools are key too!

Thanks for the chance to win!

  4. I’d choose the Decorating Basics course–but would love to eventually take all three! Thanks so much for the chance.

  5. I would take the Flowers & cake design course. I’m currently running a small cakes/cupcakes business (small as in just over 10 clients to date) and such an experience would most certainly be more than beneficial and enjoyable. Thank you for the opportunity!

  6. I would like to take the cake decorating basics course… I have always wanted to know how to decorate cakes and cupcakes!

  7. Sign me up for the fondant and gum paste course… they can make the cutest cakes using those techniques! I took the basics course in June and LOVED it! Can’t wait to take my next one!

  8. I’m a fan of Wilton on FB (and LOVE looking at all the cakes and cupcakes people submit!)

  9. Ooh how fun! I’m definitely still a beginner, but I’m improving, so I’d like to take the Decorating Basics course! Thanks!

  10. Just last night my daughters and I were watching season one of the Cake Boss on Netflix. We were all ohhhing and ahhing over how great their cakes are. I would be thrilled to take the Gum Paste and Fondant Wilton Method Course.

  11. I would take decorating basics. But I might give the certificate to my sister, who used to decorate cakes at Dairy Queen, since she makes all the cakes for our family. She’d probably choose gum paste & fondant, or Flowers & Cake Design. Or take the class with her!

  12. I have “learning to make some of the awesome cakes I see on TV” as an item on my bucket list! I would take the decorating basics to get me started!

  13. Possibly lesson 3, but I would give this to my sister who is a great baker and would love this!

  16. It would depend who would go with me which class I would take. I’ve taken 2 of them already, but I never got good at roses, so if I went with somebody who hadn’t taken any of the classes yet, I’d take that one over again. Who am I kidding? The woman I took the first 2 classes with moved to Texas, so I don’t think she’ll be driving halfway across the country to take the last one with me 🙂
