I received a copy of “Caillou: Caillou’s Fun Outside!” on DVD from Paramount Home Entertainment and PBS Kids to facilitate this review. All opinions expressed in this post are 100% mine.
I’m glad they bring into their stories children for Caillou to interact with that may have mental or physical challenges, so watching or reading about Caillou can learn valuable lessons in how
to interact when they come into contact with like persons.
