I was approached by a company that I am very familiar with – C&H Sugar – and a cause worth talking about on The Mommy-Files!  For the third year in a row, C&H Sugar is the presenting sponsor for Share Our Strength’s Great American Bake Sale to help fight childhood hunger.  Great American Bake Sale raises money to fight childhood hunger across the U.S. by encouraging individuals, families, organizations and schools to hold bake sales and donate the profits to help Share our Strength provide millions of meals and snacks to America’s children.

    I would make some yummy peanut butter roll candy using their powdered sugar. (Some people call it potato candy, same thing…haven’t had any in ages!)

    I just made some raspberry lemonade cupcakes for a fundraiser last weekend. They were good but I think I’d tweak them a little bit and try them again.

    i would use both C&H white and light brown sugars in my amazing chocolate chip cookies (It’s like the Double Tree cookies).

    I’d make pumpkin cookies with cream cheese glaze. They are so popular ANY time of the year and always asked for, I know they’d be a hot seller at a bake sale. Thanks so much for the chance!
