“Despicable Me” comes out in theaters this weekend and my boys really want to see it. I am kind of curious to see it myself as well!

Synopsis:

In a happy suburban neighborhood surrounded by white picket fences with flowering rose bushes, sits a black house with a dead lawn. Unbeknownst to the neighbors, hidden deep beneath this home is a vast secret hideout. Surrounded by an army of tireless, little yellow minions, we discover Gru (Steve Carell), planning the biggest heist in the history of the world. He is going to steal the moon (Yes, the moon!) in Universal’s new 3-D CGI feature, Despicable Me.

Gru delights in all things wicked. Armed with his arsenal of shrink rays, freeze rays and battle-ready vehicles for land and air, he vanquishes all who stand in his way. Until the day he encounters the immense will of three little orphaned girls who look at him and see something that no one else has ever seen: a potential Dad.

One of the world’s greatest super-villains has just met his greatest challenge: three little girls named Margo, Edith and Agnes.

    We are going to wait on the DVD to come out,by the time I pay for my self an 2 grandsons I can buy the DVD! so with finances the way they are ,Ill wait on the DVD an they can watch it as much as they want

    We will probably wait tilll dvd although we recently went to theatres and the kids were pretty well behaved so maybe we can try it again with this movie

    Amazing Giveaway. We ARE planning on seeing Despicable Me. We are waiting for my sons glasses to come in this week so he can finally enjoy a movie at the theatre.

    I just watched it last night at a late showing. It was very cute, funny and touching. I really wasn’t expecting it to be as good as it was, but it surprised me and I’d recommend it to anyone, kids or adults.

    I was planning on seeing this and I took my kids yesterday! What a great movie, one of my all time faves! We will also be getting this on blu-ray I am sure!
