Wilton Tent Sale

At the beginning of June, I had the opportunity to attend the Wilton Mom ReTreat in Chicago!  It was so much fun and I still have a lot of posts to put up about it.  7 Mom Bloggers attended the event and we took the Cake Decorating Basics Course, as well as an introduction to Fondant, Flowers, and Gum Paste and a shopping trip in the Wilton Tent Sale! 

We were told by many of the Wilton employees that the Wilton Tent Sale was huge and they were 100% right!  Once a year, Wilton has a huge clearance sale where you’ll find bargain prices on tons of Wilton items.

Shopping carts were available, making it easier to stock up on icings, pans, decorations, and even scrapbooking materials and more!  I actually broke the wheel on the cart.  Well, let’s just say the rubber peeled off the wheel at the end of my shopping trip….right as I walked out of the tent – lol! 

It was so much fun walking up and down the aisles…with all of the Wilton employees.  We had the opportunity to shop the Wilton Tent Sale on the Employee day – a day before it actually opened to the public.  Many of us bloggers could have easily made a second shopping trip to the Wilton Tent Sale.

The Wilton Tent Sale runs through June 22nd, where you can save up to 75% on over 3,000 items.  The Wilton Tent Sale is held in Woodridge, Illinois and is a popular event for cake decorators and crafters.  You’ll find a wide selection of Wilton cake decorating and baking supplies as well as kitchen and paper craft products from Copco, EK Success Brands and K & Company.  Plus, demonstrations of Wilton products and crafting techniques will be offered throughout the sale.
