It’s that time of week again! Time to list what you are thankful for. This week we are doing things that start with the letter “O.”

Happy Thursday!

I’m thankful for old friends, oatmeal, and October (the beautiful Fall season). What are you thankful for?

I’m thankful that today I had the Opportunity to Observe my baby boy (15 months) eating his first ice cream cone, with all the messy, sandy goodness that it involved. Yes, it’s a stretch for “O” but boy OH boy was it a wonderful sight! Pure sticky bliss.

    P.S. October’s my favorite month too! 🙂

Well in addition to some of the things mentioned above, I am very thankful for:

the compassion, honesty, loyalty, and love of OTHERS
Otters (who doesn’t love those cute critters?)
Carl Orff (the composer of the outstanding orchestral piece, Carmina Burana)
    Owl City (love them)
    Owls (really love these birds)
‘Owie’ cold packs (where would us moms be without them?)
    Ocelots (cuuuute!)
    Orange juice (yum)
    Octaves (music, music, music!)
    and
    Oms (the universal sound)

I am thankful for omlettes, owls, offspring, one on one time with my hubby and kids, and okra (fried if you please)!

  11. I’m thankful for the “old” man I’m married to – it’s OK for me to call him that, he calls me his “gimp”… 🙂
I am also thankful for my oxycodone (pain meds) that get me through the day.
Hope you all have a wonderful weekend.

Onions – While I hated them as a cgild, no salad or burger is complete without a red onion. Why they call them red when theyre actually purple is beyond me. Must have been named by a colorblind man.

October – I absolutely love the fall. And hey, who doesn’t love to find the perfect costume to dress your kiddo in to send them begging for candy around the neighborhood?

Ocean – I love the majesty and beauty of our oceans. Very sad about the whole BP oil spill in the Gulf right now. That ecosystem is fragile enough…

Oreos – They have golden Oreo sandwich cookies now and they are the bomb!

Orange – It was Marie Osmand’s favorite color when I was a little girl so I loved it then.

  14. Lisa Davis says:

I am thankful for oranges and the ocean 🙂

  15. Kayla says:

I’m thankful for orange juice-I use orange juice when I take my liquid vitamins and minerals each day 🙂
