“The Baking Bites Cookbook” Review & Giveaway

When I attended the Smucker’s Event in November, I had the opportunity to hang out with Nicole Weston, blogger and author of The Baking Bites Cookbook.  I also briefly met her at the General Mills Eat and Greet in August of 2009.  She is so sweet and fun to hang out with.   Plus, she takes amazing pictures and is a fellow redhead!

I had the opportunity to review her first cookbook published – The Baking Bites Cookbook.  It’s a great cookbook with some super yummy recipes!  My favorites are the Zesty Lemon Bars and the Mexican Chocolate Black Bottom Cupcakes.  She has recipes for Cookies, Bar Cookies and Brownies, Cakes, Pies and Tarts, Quick Breads and Coffee Cakes, and Muffins and Scones.

    I like to look at cookbooks and select recipes I would like to try. I think I do more looking at recipes than actually cooking. However, my daughter loves to try out new recipes.

    I enjoy looking at cookbooks and selecting recipes to try. I do not always get around to trying out the recipes, but I sure do enjoy looking at cookbooks and collecting them. However, my daughter enjoyes trying out new recipes.

    This cookbook contains recipes for scones. The first scone I had was in a quaint little restraurant with incredible breakfasts and I do not mean McMuffins. I have had scones since then but none have been even close to that orange scone. So in my search for the perfect scone, I need this cookbook.

    I would love to win this cookbook because I am always looking for new, yummy recipes. I have a few cookbooks, but it just seems that we eat the same things too often.
