Each Friday on The Mommy-Files, we feature one blogger and have the opportunity to get to know that blogger a little more! I love Featured Blogger Fridays because it gives all of my readers and visitors, as well as myself, a chance to get to know other bloggers out in the blogosphere. Today, I am pleased to introduce Marina from Energizer Bunny’s Mommy Report!  I am excited to learn more about Marina and her blog!   I really like Robin Williams as well and love Mrs. Doubtfire!  It even looks like she was able to go to the Disney Social Media Moms Event!  Without further ado, here is Marina from Energizer Bunny’s Mommy Report! 

What made you choose the name of your blog?

My little Bunny girl has spunk and energy that sparks up as soon as day break hits and with great difficulty winds down late at night. We’ve always thought of her as the Energizer Bunny in our home and I’m just her Mommy who does the reporting!! (wink!)
 
Who designed your blog?

Alison from Template Mama (http://template-mama-freebloggertemplates.blogspot.com/). She’s so gifted…I love the Bunny she did for me.
 
What do you love about blogging?

I’ve always loved to write as a child and my blog’s like my dream reality. It’s a place for me to express myself, connect with my readers and just be at home!
 
What is the purpose of your blog?

Initially my blog started off as a means to keep my family and friends back at home updated with Bunny girl and her antics, Mommy tips, frugal shopping deals  and a place to come and be encouraged in the faith. But now I’ve enlarged the focus to include reviews of some great products I’ve been blessed to try and giveaways to allow another reader to enjoy the joy of using the same.
 
Do you have any blogging tips (i.e. from those getting started to those who have been blogging longer than you)?

I would just say ‘keep it simple’ and be yourself. Don’t try to imitate any other bloggers. Every blogger has a bunch of readers that love to read their posts and if you blog sincerely with all your heart, your readership will build up only because the reader wants to read things from your unique perspective. Also never look at blogging as a task. The moment you feel it’s a struggle, take a blogging break, refresh yourself and come back to enjoy the experience all over again.

Are you married?  If so, how long?

Happily to my darling Hubby for the past 8 years.!
 
Do you have children?  If so, how many?

We’ve been blessed with our precious energetic little Bunny girl(who will turn 4 next month) and Bunny Boo who will make an awaited arrival late May 2010.
 
What is your favorite movie of all time?

Hmmmm……I’ve always enjoyed watching Mrs Doubtfire!
 
Who is your favorite actor?

Robin Williams….he never fails to crack me up.
 
What is your favorite dessert?

I lurrrrv Tiramisu…actually just the Tiramisu I tried at this little café in Frankfurt years ago.
 
What is your favorite holiday?

I love Christmas…there’s just so much joy, love and celebration that fills the season of Christ’s birth.

If you were on a deserted island by yourself, what are 2 things you would have?

My Bible (for encouragement) and a super duper laptop(that miraculously never runs out of battery power and is continuously wired to the Web….we can dream right?)  to stay connected with the world outside!
 
And of course, you know me, there has to be a chocolate question.  What is your favorite candy bar?

I love Lindt milk chocolate from Europe….I can’t stand dark chocolate….the milkier, the richer…the better!
