Kraft Foods Review & Giveaway

I love Kraft Foods!  I grew up eating Kraft foods in my home and use them in my home now.  I remember eating Velveeta Mac & Cheese, Planters Peanuts, Stove Top Stuffing, Honey Maid Crackers, Ritz Crackers, and more.  Oh and of course we can’t forget the family favorite – OREOs!  I don’t know about you, but with a cup of milk, I could easily eat a tube all by myself.

I was excited to have the opportunity to review some awesome new products from Kraft!  I received a gift basket filled with yummy goodies that went fast in our home.  The gift basket included:

– 4 yummy holiday recipes from the Kraft Foods Kitchens
– a Zak Designs Garlic Peeler
– an HA Mack Olivewood Mixing Spoon
– NEW Velveeta Rotini and Cheese Whole Grain
– Planters Cocktail Peanuts
– Planters Pecans
– Baker’s Semi-Sweet Chocolate
– Stove Top Stuffing
– Honey Maid Cinnamon Crackers
– Jet Puffed Marshmallows
– OREOs
– Kraft Salad Dressing
– NEW Maxwell House Blend Coffee
– NEW Ritz Brown Sugar Cinnamon Crackers
– NEW Wheat Thins Flatbread Crackers

I really enjoyed the NEW items, but my favorites were the Ritz Brown Sugar Cinnamon Crackers and the Wheat Thins Flatbread Crackers. These were so good! The nuts, chocolate, stuffing, graham crackers, marshmallows, salad dressing, and OREOS are staples in our home, so I was happy to add more to my pantry!

I believe that Kraft Foods is coming to realize the importance of mom bloggers (or bloggers in general) getting the word out about new products and products that families will love.  They have expanded into Twitter, Facebook, and even YouTube!

    Kraft cheeses, all shapes sizes and colors are a staple in our house. I visited the website and discovered that most of our favorite foods are made by Kraft.. 🙂 I was happy to learn that, knowing they make quality food.

    Kraft makes so many products that I use, but I would say I’m most appreciative of Shake ‘N Bake because it helps me prepare a fast and easy meal that my family enjoys.

    So many products to choose from, but my favorite is Wheat Thins. I could eat them every day. My kids would disagree and have to say Kraft Ranch Dressing. They would eat it on EVERYTHING if I let them.

    I used to make stuffing from scratch, but now that it was just Larry and myself this past Thanksgiving and he’s not a stuffing fan, I tried the Cranberry Stove Top. I loved it. But alas, it was I suppose only a seasonal thing because I have not been able to find it after the holidays.
    I added extra onions and celery and threw in some pecans when it was done.
    When I was a kid, I could eat Mac and Cheese every day. Throw in some boiled hot dogs and that was good eatin’.
    I have not had a boiled hot dog in probably almost 40 years hahaha.

    Nothing is more American than Kraft Macaroni and Cheese. It’s a favorite for my family and thousands of other families too. Like Jake LaMotta, the Itallian Heavy Weight Boxer, I eat steak for strength and macaroni for energy. Kraft Macaroni is an good source of carbohydrate based energy, and should be recommended for body builders whose muscle mass needs more carbohydrates than normal people.

    my favorite is the sliced cheese. it has been since i was little. my mom one time tried to switch the brands and thought i wouldnt notice but i did. it’s a funny story she tells alot cuz i was pretty ticked off lol

    Oh a basket full of delicious food!

    My favorite has always been Kraft’s cheddar cheese. I grew up eating that and there is no other brand I reach for but Kraft!!!

    we eat a lot of their macaroni and cheese, but my fave and my daughter’s is the parmesan cheese that comes with a twist shredder so you can have freshly grated parm.

    We are huge Oreo fans. A dear friend lives in Russia as a missionary and can’t get them there. I visited a few months back and I had so many Oreos in my suitcase for him it was unreal! 🙂

    I love Kraft foods. I am a member of their website so I get alot of good recipes and ideas fro them. If I had to chose a favorite, it would be thier Philly cream cheese.

    Example of a yummy lunch: A tall glass of ice cold Country Time lemonade and hot slices of DiGiornos pizza. Doesn’t that sound delicious?!

    My daughter is a Ritz cracker fiend, seriously she eats about a sleeve a day! (we buy the low-fat version!). Good to hear the Brown Sugar/Cinnamon variety tastes yummy, I’ve been wanting to try them, but have been unsure, I also saw a golden honey (I think that’s what it was) version in the store, those sounded interesting too.
