Klutz Invasion of the Bristlebots Review
My 6 year old son is really into robots and lately and was super excited to try out the new Bristlebots with his dad and brother. They had a blast putting together the Bristlebots, which are part toothbrush, part robot. They even used the wires included to create a scorpion and a spider. They had a blast watching them weave in and out of the pathways they set up on the table. Klutz really did a great job with this product in my opinion. Invasion of the Bristlebots
is a wonderful idea for a birthday or Christmas gift!
Invasion of the Bristlebots comes with two mini-robots – basically motorized toothbrush heads. These guys zoom around like caffeinated cockroaches, spinning, skittering, and bouncing off walls. The book is full of ideas for games and activities, including racing robots against one another, use the included punch-out walls to construct a bristlebot maze, or even stage a robot sumo-wrestling match. These really get the creative juices and imagination flowing. Invasion of the Bristlebots is the #1 Award Winner of the 2009 Toy of the Year Award in Family Fun Magazine. The book retails for $19.95 and can be found in book stores or online.
I received a copy of “Invasion of the Bristlebots” from Klutz to review for this post. All opinions are 100% mine.
Part toothbrush? How funny. They look so fun! My boys would love them.
I’ve never heard of this before! Nice to hear about new things I haven’t heard of before! Thanks for the review!
