Last night, my husband and I were watching a show online and heard what we thought were really big drops of rain.  Well, they were big drops all right, but not of rain.  It was hailing outside!  Crazy!  It hailed for about 10 minutes?  I kept hoping that my windshield was strong and wouldn’t be damaged, after all, we don’t have a garage or car port.

I love Seattle!  It is constantly surprising me!

What size was the hail? Seattle is a really neat place to visit according to my son and husband. They visited about 2 years ago and went to all the tourist attractions. Two weeks ago it snowed in Boston, then the week after it was in the 60’s. The weather is very mixed up this year.

  5. I’ve actually on seen hail once in my life. It was here in Florida last winter and it was the size of marbles, but didn’t last very long. I can’t believe you guys are all talking about hail and snow, we have hardly had any fall at all. We had 2 or 3 days of cool weather (and by that I mean 76-80 degree weather during the day; 45-55 degrees at night), but other than that, we are having record HIGHS. It is around 90 degress right now with 50% humidity. We could use some coolness – NOT COLD – just some cool. 🙂
