I have loved getting to know so many great bloggers around the blogosphere and the Featured Blogger Friday on The Mommy-Files gives everyone a chance to get to know those bloggers. Today, I’d like to introduce Leslie from 2 different blogs – Rants, Raves, and Pet Peeves (her personal fun whatever blog) and The GosFam – Stories Unfold (her family life blog). What made you choose the name of your blog?

I actually am thinking of a new name as we speak. However, at the time I decided it would be my way of expressing my feelings about anything I felt like ranting, and raving about.

Who designed your blog?

I used a simple, free layout from Aquapoppydesigns.blogspot.com

Why do you blog?

I have said this before, but it is an OUTLET TO MY MADNESS 🙂

What is the purpose of your blog?

When I first started it was basically for me to write whatever I wanted now it has helped me gain giveaway entries and to make new friends. I also have a family blog, http://thegosfam.blogspot.com and that is strictly journaling purposes about my family.

Do you have any blogging tips (i.e. from those getting started to those who have been blogging longer than you)?

I am not an expert blogger. I don’t have 100 followers or anything, but I feel that if you write what you want, have fun, and just be yourself then you will be a successful blogger.

Are you married? If so, how long?

I have been married for 7 years. My husband and I have known each other since 2nd grade, but didn’t date until I was out of high school.

Do you have children? If so, how many?

We have 2 girls. Kendall is 5 and just started Kindergarten, and Peyton is 3–our stubborn redhead 🙂

What is your favorite movie of all time?

Hmmm…that is really hard to pick one, Sleepless in Seattle, Serendipity, You’ve Got Mail, are classics, but I LOVE TONS of movies.

Who is your favorite actor?

Currently it is Ryan Reynolds, and Amy Adams

What is your favorite dessert?

Cookies–I love cookies!! Snickerdoodles are my fave, but they have to be my mom’s recipe. I also like cheesecake

What is your favorite holiday?

Christmas. I love the spirit of it all and I love to give presents.

And of course, you know me, there has to be a chocolate question. What is your favorite candy bar?

Reeses anything!!
