"Veggie Tales: Minnesota Cuke and the Search for Noah’s Umbrella" DVD Review
Thanks to Family Review Network, I had the opportunity to review a new kids DVD called “Veggie Tales: Minnesota Cuke and the Search for Noah’s Umbrella
.” I can honestly tell you that my kids LOVE it! They’ve already watched it several times in the past few weeks. I have to admit that even I am entertained when watching it. There are some parts in the show that make me laugh!
When attending college, I had a professor that loved Veggie Tales. As a “reward,” he would bring in Veggie Tales and the auditorium of adults would watch and laugh as it played on the big screen in front of us. It’s a great show! Not only is it funny, but it has lots of songs that kids (and parents) love. The songs teach about morals and choosing right from wrong, as well as incorporating bible stories.
In “Veggie Tales: Minnesota Cuke and the Search for Noah’s Umbrella,” Minnesota Cuke searches for Noah’s famous ark, when he learns about the existence of a mysterious and powerful umbrella. He also learns of a villain who wants the umbrella for himself. You’ll love this Indiana Jones-like theme, as well as the songs and humor of talking vegetables. Check it out for yourself!
