Imagine that you’re sitting at dinner, getting ready to cut into your juicy steak and baked potato but you hear this buzzing noise around your ear…so you swat it away. Then you feel a tickle on your arm and see a mosquito camped out getting ready to feast…so you swat it away. As the sun goes down, the mosquitoes begin to multiply. Now imagine sitting down to eat your dinner and being able to focus solely on your food and nothing else (insect related anyways). How can you achieve this? By using the OFF! PowerPad Lamp or OFF! Clip-On Repellant.
I was excited to review both as we like to eat outdoors, especially during the warm summer months. The OFF! PowerPad Lamp was super easy to use and effective! I’m amazed that one tiny PowerPad mat will repel annoying mosquitoes from up to 15 ft x 15 ft, the size of an average patio or deck. You can compare that to one square foot from a citronella candle. Which one would you choose for the most effectiveness? That’s right – the OFF! PowerPad Lamp. It’s effective and simple to use. You simply activate the pad by lighting the candle, which provides heat that activates the repellent pad, releasing proven protection from mosquitoes.
Did you know that there is more repelling power in one little pad than 15 citronella buckets combined?!! Each candle and pad combined provides up to 4 full hours of protection. Each refill pack contains 3 pads and 3 candles. Another great thing about the PowerPad Lamp is that if the candle is extinguished, you simply relight the candle to reactivate the repellent pad. Be sure to store it indoors, avoiding outdoor weather that could decrease its effectiveness.
I also received the OFF! Clip-On Mosquito Repellant to review. My husband works outdoors a lot and likes to use the Clip-On because it just clips on and keeps the mosquitoes on at the same time. Within minutes, the OFF! Clip-On Repellant will work to give you personal protection from mosquitoes. The great thing about the Clip-On is that you don’t have to apply it to the skin. It is fan powered and batteries are included. Plus, it provides an active ingredient with no scent. Each refill provides up to 12 hours of head-to-toe protection. One refill is included with the unit, but you can purchase the refills separately (containing 2 repellent disks). Plus, another great thing about the Clip-On is that you can either wear it or lay it on a surface nearby and it will still provide head-to-toe protection.

OFF! has generously offered to give away an OFF! Power Pad Lamp and Clip-On Repellent to one lucky reader on The Mommy-Files!!
