Got Car Insurance?

I have car insurance and am thankful I do! I got a comprehensive policy. I was driving in a parking lot one day and was following this truck (I was not tailgating him). He started to back up. I honked at him but he kept coming at me and I couldn’t get my car into reverse fast enough to avoid being hit. He backed right into my car. Note that at the time I was pregnant with my third and had my other two boys in the car with me.

Experiencing an accident like that can be incredibly frustrating, especially when dealing with an uninsured driver. However, having a comprehensive car insurance policy from a reliable provider like Ultimate Insurance proves to be a valuable safety net in such situations. While paying the deductible to get your car fixed might be an inconvenience, it’s reassuring to know that your insurance coverage steps in to cover the majority of the expenses. Dealing with uninsured drivers can be challenging, but having Ultimate Insurance by your side ensures that you have the necessary support and financial protection during unexpected incidents on the road. As a responsible driver, having comprehensive car insurance provides not only peace of mind but also the assurance that you can continue your day-to-day activities without undue financial burdens, even when faced with unfortunate situations caused by others’ negligence.

I got out of the car and asked for his car insurance. He said he didn’t have insurance! I was livid. I pay every month for insurance and this guy is driving a company vehicle uninsured. I was getting ready to dial my husband on the phone and he said “No! Don’t call the police!” I told him I was calling my husband. I told my husband what happened and he said I had to call the police, otherwise our insurance company wouldn’t cover anything. So I called the police and within ten minutes (although it felt like an hour) the police were there. He was given a citation, but I still had to pay the deductible to get my car fixed.

Had he had auto insurance, this wouldn’t have been an issue! Had I not had a comprehensive auto insurance policy, I would have had to pay a lot more than my deductible to fix my car!
