Chewylou Designs was created by a mother of 2 who had an intense love for yoga. Her love for yoga lead to the creation of her first Yoga Instruction Company – Athletes Yoga, LLC. She began to think about qualities she wanted for herself such as Enthusiasm, Gratitude, and Optimism – or the acronym “EGO.” She told her students about this powerful acronym and suggested they go home and write the acronym on their mirrors in lipstick. Several of her students came back telling her it had a positive impact on them during the week. She went home that night and came up with some more “blessing” acronyms, including “FAITH,” “HOPE,” “DREAM,” “BREATHE,” “PEACE,” “LIVE,” and “GRACE.” She decided it would be a great idea to start creating tee shirts with the acronym and Chewylou was born. She named Chewylou after her 2 dogs – Chewbacca or “Chewy” and Lexington or “Lexi Lou.”


I was so excited to receive my “FRIENDS” Shirt from Chewylou Designs. It was shipped out super fast and let me tell ya – it is SO comfortable! On the front of the shirt reads “FRIENDS.” “FRIENDS” stands for Fabulous, Respectful, Inspiring, Encouraging, Nurturing, Devoted, and Sisters. What a great acronym!

She has generously offered to give away a long-sleeved “LIVE” shirt to one lucky reader! “LIVE” was inspired by her mother, who is battling breast cancer for the third time. What a wonderful inspiration for women everywhere!

    What a fantastic giveaway! I practice Yoga and would love a cute new comfortable shirt to wear while I work on my poses! They are all so adorable and so many terrific inspiring words and truly meaningful messages to choose from, which all carry so much significance and thought behind them! I love the LIVE long sleeved tee and also think the HOPE, PEACE and BREATHE designs are spectacular!
