    I use Lavender Essential Oil.

    I suffer from insomnia, so I put several drops of lavender on a paper towel and place in the top of my pillow case so I can smell the aroma through the pillowcase. It really does help me sleep.

    Wow, The Nurture My Body Products look and sound absolutely fantastic! I am so impressed with the wide selection of products that they offer and the wonderful ingredients that they use in each of their products! I would love to try the Organic Vita C Cream because it sounds so hydrating and luxurious for my skin! Also, the Organic Baby Wash sounds terrific! I would love to try this out on my 6 month old daughter. I love that is smells like fresh rose geranium and lavender flowers, I love knowing that such gentle natural ingredients are going onto my daughter’s delicate skin!
