We have a group of women that meet once a month for a book club. We have a great time and I’ve had a chance to read books I normally wouldn’t read. For January 2009, we are reading “Plenty: One Man, One Woman, and a Raucous Year of Eating Locally,” by Alisa Smith.

Feel free to join in and read the book and leave your comments of whether you enjoyed the book or not.

You also might be interested in watching a documentary called “King Corn.”
