Is "Grey’s Anatomy" the new "Friends?"

I see some similarities in the tv shows “Grey’s Anatomy” and “Friends.”

1 – You have the couples that everyone wants so badly to get together – meet Derek and Meredith and Ross and Rachel.

2 – You have the other couples – meet Erica and Callie and Susan and Carol.

3 – There is always something preventing the main couple from getting together and staying together.

4 – You have a group of friends that are basically like family – meet Ross, Chandler, Joey, Rachel, Monica, and Phoebe and then Derek, Meredith, Mark (Sloan), George, Christina, Izzie, Alex, Lexie, Bailey, Callie, Erica, and the Chief

There are some funny parts and some parts that have made me cry, but I REALLY hope there are no more of the scenes like there were in the season finale (you know what I’m talking about – the kissing scenes). If there are, I might have to totally give up Grey’s Anatomy all together! I mean, on public television? Where kids can see it anywhere? I don’t even like to watch it! Please ABC, no more of those scenes!
