Yesterday, February 28th, was our 2 year wedding anniversary. While we’ve been together for 5 years (since January 2012), we’ve only been married for 2 years, but it’s been a great 2 years overall! Frank proposed to me on Thanksgiving Day in 2013 and we later booked our cruise wedding aboard the Carnival Miracle for February 28th, 2015. It was amazing! Being the blogger I am, I of course shared it on my blog and it’s actually seen some really good traffic! Last night, we decided to head out to dinner at our favorite Chinese Restaurant on the Central Coast, North China Restaurant. It’s located in Santa Maria and has amazing food. I’m not talking greasy, fast food kind, but rather gourmet, delicious Chinese food! In fact, our favorite dishes include their Potstickers, OO Soup (also known as Egg Drop or Egg Flower Soup), Beef with Broccoli and Chicken Fried Rice. This may sound weird, but they also serve beer by the bottle (yay 805)!
I love this restaurant so much! The food is amazing, the staff are attentive and the atmosphere is good. Not to mention the prices are pretty reasonable. If you live on the California Central Coast, you must try this out! Oh and the food is still good when you reheat it as leftovers (very important)!!
After we had dinner, we went to our local Regal Movie Theater and saw the movie, Get Out. It was really good! It had both jump scares and was funny at times. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Frank had heard it was really good all over Facebook. We agree that it was definitely one to see!

Happy Anniversary. I have been married for 8.5 years. We have had our ups and downs but I wouldn’t change it.
First of all, congrats on the 2 year anniversary! My friend was married on a cruise about 10years ago and it was a good time… it’s amazing what they can pack into a cruise ship (movies, night clubs, restaurants, etc…) crazy!
