Last year, I had the opportunity to attend SoFabCon for the first time. I had wanted to go to SoFabCon 13, but just couldn’t make the finances work. So when I had the opportunity SoFabCon in May, I jumped on it and was so excited as I’d heard awesome things about the conference the previous year from other bloggers.
SoFabCon 14 took place in Bentonville, Arkansas. I had never been to Arkansas before, so I was also excited to add another place I’ve traveled to on my travel list! I have to be honest – I had no idea what Arkansas would like and was so surprised how pretty the view was when I flew in!
When I arrived to the hotel, I was greeted by some of blogging friends and team members at Social Fabric. It was so great to finally see some of them for the first time in real life! I not only met some of my blogging friends in real life, but made some new blogging friends as well.
While at SoFabCon, I took so many pictures!!! There were tons of photo opps and events to go to. Not to mention the vast amounts of information I gained from the classes at SoFabCon.
SoFabU on the Road
This year, Social Fabric is doing something a little different. They’re traveling around the country and bring SoFabU on the Road to bloggers all over! How awesome is that?? I’m excited to be attending SoFabU on the Road in Los Angeles in January and carpooling with some fellow bloggers. At SoFabU on the Road in Los Angeles, there will also be networking, brands, a city-specific adventure, and other learning opportunities.

Sounds like a really fun event, I love photo booths and good photo opps. I’ve never attended anyhting like that before.
It sounds like fun, but I will be in CA in April and I can only afford one cross country flight this year.
I wish I was! This sounds like a grand ol’ time! I am in Canada though, and sadly never get over to the US! I wish though!
I’d love to attend. I really love that they’re going on the road so that many of us will get the chance to attend a conference! I might have to hit the Cincinnati one!!!

Ahh! I am so happy they have one in Minneapolis (where I live!) It’s in August though, and usually I have moved back to Sweden by then- hopefully its early in the month and I can catch it!

That looks like such a fun scene to be at, and I recognize other bloggers in your pics from the sites that I visit. I would love to attend an event like this and get a chance to meet people that I’ve been connecting with over the past couple of years. Is it just me, but when you are hungry, SoFabCon…makes me think of So Fab Bacon?
Although I will not be attending any of the events, it does look like a lot of fun! Hope you have a great time and learn a lot.
