Today, on Redhead Mom, we’re talking about Christmas Vacation Ideas for the Family in partnership with Beaches Resorts.

Christmas vacation travel

My husband and I love to travel and explore beautiful places, all while relaxing and having fun. Someday, we would love to plan a Christmas vacation with our 6 kids and take them somewhere beautiful and fun where they will make memories that will last a lifetime. Two important things to consider when planning your Christmas vacation is budget and activities for kids. You’ll need to figure out how much it costs for flights, travel to and from the airport to the hotel or resort, and then the amount of money you’ll need to spend on food, drinks and souvenirs. Let’s not forget money for any excursions or activities you might want to do while on your trip.

What are some of the Christmas Vacation Ideas You Might Consider?

Christmas Vacation Ideas

Frank and I have loved our trips to the Caribbean and I think we are both in agreement that taking our family on a Beach vacation to Jamaica and Turks & Caicos someday would be amazing! I’ve heard fabulous things about Beaches Resorts by Sandals and definitely have it on my RESORTS TO VISIT list. Visiting Beaches Resorts by Sandals is the perfect way to bring the family closer together. I love that not only do they have beautiful, pristine, white-sand beaches caressed by crystal-clear seas, but they are also all inclusive. I’m telling you this is a HUGE savings when it comes to traveling, especially with a family like ours. At Beaches Resorts by Sandals, you can spend your family vacation in luxurious rooms and suites and enjoy a wide array of fun and exciting activities for kids of every age. All Beaches Resorts include Pirates Island waterparks, Sesame streetยฎ characters, kids camps and an exciting nightclub for teens.

I hope we can take our kids to Beaches Resorts by Sandals someday. It would be an amazing vacation and one that none of us would forget!

  1. Definitely budget and activities for our kids rate high on things to consider when we vacation as a family. Beaches Resorts by Sandals sounds like the ideal trip for us.

  2. I want to do northern lights! It sounds so fun and exciting! I want to see Aurora Borealis!

I’m a NO SNOW kinda person — but also not a beach person, ha! My husband and I are doing Panama this year. Last year we had a baby so didn’t go anywhere. The year before we did Africa. The year before we did SE Asia and the year before that we did England (DO NOT go in the winter if you don’t like cold, haha).

  4. No, I haven’t. The closest I have got to something like that is “Oyster Bay beach” in Tanzania!

  5. Julie Cao says:

I have only been to beach resorts in Cuba, and it cannot beat the Beaches Resorts by Sandals. I live in the USA so it is really not difficult to travel to Caribbean.
