Homemade Meatball Recipe

Ever since I watched the movie “Wedding Singer” with Adam Sandler, I wanted to learn to make delicious meatballs like the old lady who performed, “Rapper’s Delight.” Not that I wanted to make a meatball that I would just hand to someone, but one that would actually stick together and taste good! I searched and searched for recipes online and couldn’t really find anything that sounded like the ingredients I wanted to use. I asked my family and friends and amazingly enough, nobody really knew of a good recipe. I refused to spend $17.00 on a bag of meatballs at Costco any longer and was determined to make my own. And tonight, we did. That’s right…my husband and I together made a delicious, easy Meatball Recipe that we will be making again in the future, as well as sharing with family and friends. Basically, we combined a few different recipes together with our favorite ingredients and came up with this delicious Meatball Recipe!

If you’re a fan of meatballs and are looking for a twist on the classic recipe, then venison recipes might be just what you’re looking for. Venison is a delicious and healthy alternative to beef and can be used in many different recipes, including meatballs. With its rich, gamey flavor, venison can add a unique and delicious twist to this classic dish. If you’re looking to try something new and delicious, then give venison meatballs a try with this easy recipe given in this link here.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 lbs Ground Beef (80% lean)
  • 3 tsp minced Garlic (I use the jar of garlic)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan
  • 2 cups Italian Bread Crumbs
  • 4 large eggs, beaten

DIRECTIONS

1 – In a small bowl, slightly beat the eggs.

2 – In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, minced garlic, grated parmesan, bread crumbs and eggs.

3 – Shape the meat into meatballs and cook in a skillet or countertop electric skillet.

4 – Cover and turn occasionally. Drain grease and serve with spaghetti noodles and sauce or with sauce alone. Enjoy!

This is a really yummy recipe and I am so excited we made a recipe that our family enjoys (kids included – woo hoo!!). I definitely encourage you to try this out and let me know what you think of it. I hope you enjoy it!

I haven’t tried the recipe yet, but I’m going to. I haven’t had homemade meatballs in a long time. I prefer homemade over frozen meals.

I used to buy the pre-made ones, but haven’t because they are so dang expensive. I’ve been looking and looking for a good meatball recipe, but hadn’t found one. So I combined a few and added the spices I love to use and wah lah! Yummy meatballs!

There’s nothing like homemade meatballs. My hubby gets together with my brothers-in-law about twice a year and they make large batches of meatballs then cook, seal & freeze them. It makes my life so much easier not to have to make them every Sunday (pasta day). Your recipe is very similar to theirs so I know they taste awesome! 😉
