With a family of 8, life can get pretty dang busy! While I make sure the kiddos all eat breakfast before they head off to school, there isn’t a lot of time left for me to prepare breakfast for myself or Frank. One of the things I love to eat when we go to restaurants is a ham and cheese omelet. While I would love to eat this at home on a regular basis, I just don’t really have the time to prepare and cook it. That’s where Jimmy Dean Simple Scrambles® come into play. They are super easy to prepare and taste pretty dang good!

Jimmy Dean Simple Scrambles® are the go-to breakfast for on the go. They consist of two real eggs, cheese, sausage and bacon. All you have to do is pour in the eggs, stick it in the microwave, add the meat and cheese combination, and enjoy! With no clean up, you can be out the door and ready to start your day.

When I looked for Jimmy Dean Simple Scrambles® at Walmart, I found them in the refrigerated aisle. The Jimmy Dean Simple Scrambles® are $2.98 each and come in the flavors of Sausage, Bacon and Meat Lovers (a combination of eggs, sausage, bacon and cheddar cheese). My personal favorite was the Meat Lovers variety, but I loved all of the flavors.

Preparing the Jimmy Dean Simple Scrambles® was so quick and easy. I opened up the package and took out the container with eggs and the bag with the bacon, sausage and cheese. Then I poured the egg mixture into the main container and cooked it for 45 seconds in the microwave.

After 45 seconds, I pulled the container of eggs out of the microwave and stirred it around for a few seconds. Then I added the bag of bacon, sausage and cheese and cooked for another 30 seconds. When I checked it, the eggs were still runny, so I put it in the microwave for another 30 seconds. Then it was ready to enjoy!

I love that the Jimmy Dean Simple Scrambles® literally took me less than 2 minutes to prepare and cook. Not only was it quick and easy to prepare, but it was yummy too! It was definitely the perfect way to fuel up for a busy day as mom, blogger and business owner.
