This is a sponsored post with Café Breaks. All opinions are mine.

When I was a kid, I didn’t realize how busy a mom could be. Reality hit when I had my own kids. Now that we have a blended family of 8 – complete with 6 amazing kids – I am definitely busy all the time! In fact, there are literally some times where as soon as I sit down to relax, I need to get up to help clean up a mess, assist one of our kids with homework or remind the kids to get in the shower. It’s ok though because even with its challenges, I wouldn’t trade being a mom for anything!

Part of my daily routine with 6 kids includes driving to 3 different schools twice a day. In the morning, I get up around 6:45 am to make sure the kids are up and getting ready for school. At 7:25, we head out to take the 4 older ones to school – with stops at the high school and then junior high. Then it’s back home to get some work done, make a sandwich for our youngest and take the 2 youngest boys to elementary school. After dropping them off, I either stop at the grocery store to pick up food and other items for our home or I stop and get breakfast for Frank and I. Then it’s back home to get my work done as a self-employed, work-at-home mom. At around 2:00 pm, it’s time to head out again and pick up 3 of our kids from middle school. Then I drop them off and pick up our daughter from high school. After dropping her off, I head to the elementary school to pick up our 2 youngest kids. Once we get home, I help with homework and start on dinner, attempting to squeeze in some more work. After dinner, it’s time for cleanup. All in all – it’s one dang busy day!

As a busy work-at-home mom, it can be hard to squeeze in those necessary breaks that moms need to prevent burnout! Sometimes it’s sitting down and watching a tv show, while other times it’s sitting down with a sweet treat while reading one of my romance novels. Café Breaks makes mommy breaks enjoyable and something to look forward to! We live in California and have access to fresh strawberries throughout the year. I love enjoying fresh strawberries with a cup of the Mocha Latte Café Breaks!

On my most recent trip to Walmart, I discovered Café Breaks in the pudding section. I was impressed by how inexpensive they were – only $1.18 each! There were 2 flavors available at our Walmart – Mocha Latte and Caramel Latte. However, there are 4 available flavors, also including Vanilla Latte and Chai Latte.

Enjoy the indulgence of great coffee flavors you love. Utilizing aseptic packaging technology, Café Breaks requires no refrigeration and has no preservatives. With milk as the primary ingredient and zero grams trans fat, Café Breaks is simply good!
