Memorial Day is almost here and it marks the start of the unofficial summer vacation season. Being a redhead, I have VERY fairy skin! I feel like I burn just looking at the sun! I am the most Irish of Irish guys, so I have always emphasized the importance of sunscreen. I always make sure the kids are wearing it.
Back in the day I was all about sun tan oils but nowadays I buy the highest spf sunscreen I can find. Even though it’s messier, I prefer the lotions over the spray on ones.

We spend a lot of time at the beach in the summer and sunscreen is always the first thing to go in our bag. My daughters have fair Irish skin that burns easily, so we definitely need to take measures to protect them in the sun.
The sun’s rays are strongest between 10 am and 4 pm, so limit your sun exposure during those hours. But this product is really looks good!

As we all know, sun is at its peak. If we do not shield ourselves from sun, this rock melting heat can make our body dehydrated. This product is very useful!

I am guilty of skipping the sunscreen when I was a teen. I loved being tanned. I have olive skin and my sunburns turn to tan quickly. Now that I am older, I realize that it wasn’t a bright idea. Now if I am outside for long periods of time, I lather up with sunscreen. As a mom, I make my kids wear it.
We always wear sunscreen. For us, it’s a must! And we’ve always preferred the sunscreen spray because it’s so easy to put on.
