As a mother and a blogger, I love hearing about the newest apps and kids products out there! Recently, I discovered a product (complete with an app) called Gululu. Gululu is an interactive bottle that keeps kids hydrated and informs parents about their kids intake. This fun bottle features a pet tamagucci that grows and goes through underwater adventures as the kid drinks. Gululu has been featured by Forbes, Vogue and more, not to mention the fact that parents love it!

Did you know that hydration promotes mood and cognition? Over half of all children are under hydrated. This may result in poor health, cognitive problems, and poor emotional development. I didn’t know that before! Sometimes it can be a real challenge to get our kids to drink water and stay hydrated. It’s just “boring” or “annoying” to have to drink and stay hydrated, but it’s necessary. Gululu makes the process easy and fun.

How does Gululu work? Gululu works by first becoming your child’s companion – helping them stay healthy and building great habits that will last for life. The habit kit does both of these things by linking children’s water intake to the growth of an animated pet – making it staying hydrated, an act of care giving.

Virtual Pets. With Gululu’s Virtual Pets, your kids will have ll of the fun with none of the mess. Gululu makes drinking water fun. Kids can choose from a variety of virtual pets, each with its own unique personality and story. The pets live in the “Gululu Universe” and grow as your child drinks water. Get ready for a fun-filled adventure in the Gululu Universe!

Proactive Hydration Gululu empowers kids rather than push them. Complete with thoughtful designs that are combined with playful content encourage the kids to proactively hydrate and develope good habits. Gululu hopes that their product will ultimately strengthen family bonds.

Join In! With the Gululu Universe, good habits are much easier when done with supportive friends and family. Gululu allow kids to create a group of friends to hydrate together and compete in a little friendly competition.

I think that Gululu looks like a great product and I think our kids would have a lot of fun with it!
