Frank and I love to go cruising. Not only is it relaxing and fun to travel, but I love sharing about our experiences and giving tips on my blog and social media channels! Recently, we cruised the Western Caribbean on the Carnival Conquest and it was a great experience! I love how friendly the staff on the Carnival Conquest are, as well as how many activities there are aboard the ship.

For our 7 day cruise, we flew from Los Angeles, California to Miami, Florida and then departed from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. While in Miami, we attended a conference and then headed to Orlando to see my parents and spend some time at Epcot (it was awesome!). The next day, we headed to Ft. Lauderdale to board the Carnival Conquest. We were pretty excited as we had not been on this particular ship before.

The itinerary for our ship included Cozumel, Mexico, Belize, Mahogany Bay, Isla Roatan and Grand Cayman. I liked that this particular itinerary had a lot of port stops and only 2 fun days at sea. Plus, these were ports and places neither Frank nor I had ever been before.

On our cruise, Frank and I opted in for Late Dining, giving us more time to get ready for dinners, plus making it easier to NOT miss a sit-down meal because we were late for it. I love that there is a formal night, which is when they serve lobster and steak. That is always my favorite night!

While there is the option to sit down for meals at the same table each night, there are also other dining options aboard the ship. While aboard, we loved Guy Fieri‘s Burgers and the Sports Bar, as well as the Blue Iguana Cantina. Plus, on the top deck is the open buffet where you can get made-to-order sandwiches and pizza. Oh and let’s not forget about the candy shop onboard – woo hoo!

In addition to these yummy restaurants, we also had our first experience at the Chef’s Table and let me tell you, it was awesome! We were able to take a tour of the kitchen, as well as try a variety of amazing dishes created especially by the chef and his crew for this dinner. I would definitely do this again in a heartbeat. It was an awesome experience!

The ship is complete with pools (one that has lots of adults in it and the other is more family friendly), hot tubs and waterslides. There are also outdoor stages on the upper deck, which is where music is played in the evenings, as well as where themed parties are held. You’ll also find a miniature golf course and Basketball course.

On board is a casino, which we love to go to once we’re in international waters and on sea days. We enjoy playing the slots and blackjack, but you’ll also find Craps, Three Card Poker, Texas Hold ‘Em, Let It Ride and other casino games. It reminded us of our favorite Ethereum Blackjack game we love playing back home. During our cruise, both Frank and I also played in the Slot Tournament, which was pretty fun. You just have to make sure you never stop pushing that button. I made it to the second round, but didn’t make it past that. Reflecting on our maritime gaming adventures, we also discovered that enthusiasts like us can find a similar level of excitement and variety on online platforms such as ยูฟ่า 777, where the allure of diverse casino games and tournaments awaits players in the virtual realm. Whether it’s the strategic allure of poker, the spin of the roulette wheel, or the anticipation of hitting the jackpot on the slots, these online platforms bring a level of excitement that transcends geographical boundaries.

We also enjoyed walking through and picking up some pretty jewelry items at the shops. These do close once you’re in port, as well as certain times at night. I found the most gorgeous earring and necklace set and wore it throughout our cruise!

The ship overall was a great experience and we both agree that we would definitely go on the Carnival Conquest on the 7 Day Western Caribbean trip again in the future if we had the opportunity.
