My husband and I love to go on cruises and we are super excited to be going on another cruise in June – woo hoo! We will be heading to the gorgeous Caribbean waters and I cannot wait to be sitting back, relaxing and enjoying the tropical paradise we’ll be visiting. When it comes to cruising, there are different preparations that must be made. We have to make sure our passports are current, shop for a few new outfits for the cruise and feel confident in the way we look while on vacation. I don’t know about you, but I love to wear shorts during the summer, especially when it’s hot outside. However, being a redhead means I have VERY fair skin and I need help with feeling confident when it comes to wearing shorts or shorter dresses.

I am so glad that I discovered JERGENS® Natural Glow® back then. Oh my gosh, I LOVE it!! Not only do the lotions have an amazing scent, but the tan actually looks natural! For our upcoming cruise, I want to feel confident with some color on my legs while being able to maintain it while we’re traveling. I can do all that with JERGENS® Natural Glow® products. How to Create a Natural Glow Cruising Kit

1 – Choose a bag. I found a really cute toiletries bag at Walmart when I was purchasing the items for my Natural Glow Cruising Kit. You can choose one that’s clear (like I did) or one with designs on it.

2 – Include a razor. Be sure to pack a razor in your Natural Glow Cruising Kit. I love to have my legs shaved and smooth before applying the JERGENS® Natural Glow® products. Plus, I feel even more confident with shaved legs when wearing shorts, dresses and bathing suits.

3 – Include a Loofah. Before applying JERGENS® Natural Glow® products, you’ll want to make sure you exfoliate your skin. A great way to do that is by exfoliating your skin with a loofah like the ones at https://royalloofah.com/ after shaving your legs in the shower or a bath and I like to choose one that is kind of girlie.

4 – Pack sunglasses. It’s gonna be bright and it’s important to protect your eyes, so be sure to pack your favorite pair of sunglasses! I like to have ones that are polarized because I feel like my eyes are extra protected.

5 – Pack a hat. Even though you have that Natural Glow, you’ll still want to protect your skin from the UV rays. I like to do that by wearing a hat, which helps provide protection from the sun.

6 – Include your JERGENS® Natural Glow® products! In my kit, I included JERGENS® Natural Glow® Color Primer In-Shower Scrub, JERGENS® Natural Glow® +FIRMING Daily Moisturizer (for Fair to Medium Skin Tones), and JERGENS® Natural Glow® 3 Days to Glow™ Moisturizer (for Fair to Medium Skin Tones). I loved all three of these products and am looking forward to heading back to Walmart to pick up more!

Before applying JERGENS® Natural Glow® +FIRMING Daily Moisturizer or JERGENS® Natural Glow® 3 Days to Glow™ Moisturizer, I like to use the JERGENS® Natural Glow® Color Primer In-Shower Scrub in the shower. This scrub is great because resurfaces and primes your skin, preparing it for streak-free color.

About a week before, I like to use JERGENS® Natural Glow® 3 Days to Glow™ Moisturizer. The gradual glow moisturizer creates natural-looking color that’s flawless. Their formula, which contains a break-through patent-pending technology, has no sunless tanner odor and helps you get a skin tone that is one full shade darker in just 3 days! When using this, you’ll want to make sure you smooth on your skin evenly and run completely. Use it sparingly on your elbows, knees and ankles and wash your hands after applying it. You’ll want to wait several minutes to dry before dressing. Use this until you get the color you want.

If I have more time to achieve the color I’m looking for, I’ll use JERGENS® Natural Glow® +FIRMING Daily Moisturizer. I chose the one for Fair to Medium Skin Tones. This firming glow moisturizer creates natural-looking color that’s streak-free, hassle-free and has no sunless tanner odor. Tips for Achieving a Natural Glow

• For the most natural-looking color, be sure to exfoliate first.
• Use products sparingly on knuckles, knees, ankles, and in between fingers and toes. A good tip is to be sure to use half the amount on your elbows, knees and ankles as you do on the rest of your body.
• When choosing a product, be sure to get the one that is the right shade based on your natural skin tone or your starting point (not where you want to be).
• When applying, be sure to smooth on evenly and thoroughly – just like you would with any moisturizer.
• Use a sunless tanning/glow mitt to help apply and minimize hand staining.
• When using the gradual glow moisturizers, be sure to use them daily until you achieve the desired level of color and then reapply once or twice a week.
• After your color starts to fade (around 7-10 days), be sure to use JERGENS® Natural Glow® Color Primer In-Shower scrub to exfoliate and prep skin for another application.
• Color stained your hands? Apply the JERGENS® Natural Glow® Color Primer In-Shower scrub to your hands, rub together for a few seconds, and wash off!
