It’s March and you know what that means? It’s time for College Basketball! With College Basketball comes cheering, eating and watching our favorite teams make their ways to the finals. Getting together with family and friends means eating lots of yummy snacks and dishes! So what better way to add to the Basketball fun then to bring an Ultimate Basketball Snack Basket! It’s super easy to create and your family and friends will thank you for it!

How to Create the Ultimate Basketball Snack Basket

1 – Choose a basket to hold all your goodies. Being March (and with Easter just around the corner), you’ll have a great selection of baskets to choose from!

2 – Include snack items. In our basket, we included chips and trail mix. You could also include candy, as well as cheese and crackers.

3 – Include recipe ingredients. We enjoy preparing dips at our get-togethers, so I added a can of chili and salsa to my basket.

4 – Choose something to add fun! In our basket, we chose to add a squishy basketball. It’s great for squeezing when things get exciting!!

5 – Bring along Advil Liqui-Gels in case a headache arises. My preferred form of medication to take when I have a headache is Advil. I’ve tried others and they just don’t work as quickly or as thoroughly as Advil does! We like to include a bottle of the Advil Liqui-Gels. After all, we want to enjoy the moments during the game rather than focusing on aches and pains!

Nothing’s stronger, longer lasting or better on your tough aches and pains than Advil* (*Among OTC brands). Ask a doctor before use if you have a history of stomach problems, such as heartburn.

6 – Bring along Nexium 24HR to prevent heartburn before it starts. I don’t know about you, but I didn’t experience heartburn until I was pregnant. Once I was pregnant (and after), something in my body changed and I became more susceptible to getting frequent heartburn, especially when I eat certain foods or snacks. Nexium 24HR is a great way to relieve heartburn quickly and efficiently. I like Nexium 24HR because I can take it to prevent heartburn before it hits! I also like to have it in case our guests begin to experience heartburn. After all, I want them to be comfortable so they can have a good time watching basketball with us and not focus on the discomfort caused by heartburn.

Nexium 24HR, the new #1 selling frequent heartburn brand* (*Based on IRI sales data 52 weeks ending 11/1/15 among OTC brands. May take 1 to 4 days for full effect. Use as directed.)

You can find all of these products included in our basket at Walmart. I love that it’s easy to stock up on goodies for College Basketball season! I found both the Nexium 24HR 42 ct. and Advil Liqui-Gels 160 ct. in the medicine section of the store (near the pharmacy). Head on over and stock up, plus save money with this Nexium coupon and Advil coupon!
