I hate jumping or running anymore because of LBL. I will see if these help me so I can enjoy running again.
I don’t have this issue, but I’ve had a kid, and I won’t be young forever. I fully expect I’ll have to deal with this at some point. I’m glad Poise will be around.

I’m young, but I do have three kiddos and I can’t laugh, jump, sneeze, cough, etc without “tinkling” (that always makes my fiancee giggle) and it’s so annoying. I will admit, sometimes I cry because I get so frustrated with it and sometimes it’s more than just a little bit. It’s nice to know I’m not alone! Oh and one would think that our mothers would warn us of this… haha mine didn’t!

Luckily I dont but my Mother did. Back then she had to use very bulky pads, i was horrible for her.
