Bacon-Wrapped Jalapeño Poppers
Ingredients:
- 4 Jalapeño Peppers
- Whipped Cream Cheese
- Bacon
Directions:
1 – Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2 – Wash, slice and seed the Jalapeño Peppers. If you have super sensitive skin, I would recommend using gloves or scraping the seeds out inside a plastic sandwich bag.
3 – Fill the Jalapeño Peppers with whipped cream cheese. I like the Whipped Cream Cheese because it’s super easy to scoop out of the container and to fill the Jalapeño Peppers with.
4 – Wrap each pepper with bacon. I like to make sure the end of the bacon is under the pepper, holding it in place.
5 – Cook in oven for about 30-45 minutes, or until bacon is done to your liking. I like mine really brown and somewhat crunchy, so I go about 45 minutes.
6 – Let them cool for about 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
