With 6 kids and working from home on my blog full-time, life can get pretty dang busy! With the busyness in our lives, we sometimes forget to make the little things in life count. Sometimes we need a little reminder that we should take time and enjoy the good things – such as a bubble bath, a massage, a good movie, even a yummy treat! That’s where the goodnessknows® snack squares come into play.

I’ve recently set the goal to start working on a more regular basis and came up with the idea of a DIY Fitness Survival Kit. Whenever I work out using a second hand rowing machine, I’m always on the lookout for something to drink and a yummy snack! The DIY Fitness Survival Kit is a great gift or something you could use for yourself as well. EMS fitness can help you achieve your goals quickly and efficiently, for more information about ems training, see Electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) training.

How to Create a DIY Fitness Survival Kit

  1. Choose a variety of the goodnessknows® snack squares. These are great to have on hand so you can easily grab a snack after your workout.
  2. Include a water bottle (whatever design and color you want). I like the water bottles that have grip padding on the sides, making it easy to hold. A water bottle is nice to have too if you want to mix any vitamin packets into water.
  3. You’ll also want to have a fresh bottle of water to quench your thirst after a workout.
  4. Grab a towel to help absorb the sweat from your workout.
  5. A pair of headphones are always good to have so you can listen to your favorite music while working out.
  6. I included a jump rope because using a jump rope is a fun way of working out.
