I love my beauty subscription boxes and was recently introduced to BOXYCHARM. I love it!!! In the video above, I’ve shared a virtual unboxing of the BOXYCHARM September 2015 Subscription Box. ABOXYCHARM subscription retails for $21 a month. When you open it, you’ll find a postcard that says “Runway Ready.” Each month, they’ll have a contest where you submit your pictures of what you got in your box, tag three friends and tag @BOXYCHARM. Be sure to include the hashtag #BOXYCHARM and #BOXYready and enter to winBOXYCHARM goodies worth over $250.

The first item in this month’s box is the Previse Skincare HydroMilk Hydrating Lotion. This lotion is not one of my favorite items. I tried it out and found that it smells very much like the Vaseline lotion my mom used to use when I was kid. I personally prefer the coconut and vanilla scents over the lotion scent. It does retail for $48 and is supposed to be really good for your skin, so I’ll probably give it a try. You can use it all over your body, hands, neck and legs. Since it retails for $48, you are already over the amount you spent on the subscription.

The second item in the box is the Vasanti Professional Foundation Brush. I don’t think I would use this for foundation as I don’t feel like it’s big enough. It’s really thin and really flat and as I move the bristles around, I see a lot of little things flying out of it. If I were to use it, I would use it to apply concealer under my eyes or in the crevices of my nose for touch-ups. I personally wouldn’t be using it as a foundation brush, but brushes are always great, so this is a good one add to your collection. The Vasanti Professional Foundation Brush retails for $32.

Next we have the tarte smolderEYES Amazonian Clay Waterproof Liner, which I am loving! It’s a really pretty color, with one end being the pencil and the other end being the smudger. This is great to use when it comes time to smudge your eyeliner. This retails for $22 and is definitely a great item to have.

Next up in our box, we have the Chella Eyebrow Defining Gel. It comes in a little tube and is a clear formula – there is no tint to it at all. Being a redhead, I need a little tint to my eyebrow gels, so I’m not sure I would use this product. We do have two daughters who have darker and thicker eyebrows, so they could probably get some pretty good use out of it. This item retails for $18.

Another great item in September’s BOXYCHARM is the SCRATCH Nail Wraps. They remind me of the Jamberry nail wraps, but it looks like they don’t require heating to have them affix onto your nails, so I believe they must have some sort of adhesive on them. The package says to find the wrap that best fits your cuticle and place the round edge of the wrap against it. Then you stretch and smooth the wrap down onto the nail from the base to the tip. You then file excess downwards and apply topcoat. Inside the package, you’re going to find the nail wraps, a little nail file and an orange stick. These retail for $12.

BOXYCHARM also included a bonus item, which i think is kind of cool. It’s the Kardashian Beauty Black Seed Dry Oil. It’s for your hair and is a nutrient rich treatment and styling aid that rejuvenates and nourishes hair so it appears strong, thick, smooth gloriously shiny. What you do is put a little bit on your palms and you put it onto damp hair prior to blow dry styling or you can use it to smooth frizz at your roots and ends or add shine to dry hair.

Those are the items that came in my BOXYCHARM September 2015. For $21 a month, I received about $132 worth of beauty products. These were all full-size products, with the exception of the travel size Kardashian Beauty Black Seed Dry Oil. In all, you are getting way more than your money’s worth for $21 a month!

Signing up is super easy and BOXYCHARM’s customer service is awesome! If you ever run into an issue with a product, they will simply ask you to send a picture of the product to them and then they will immediately send you a replacement product for the item that was damaged. If you love makeup and beauty products, be sure to sign up for the BOXYCHARM subscription today!
