As a mom who cooks a lot for a big family, I am always on the lookout for new recipes. With a few of our kids being somewhat picky eaters, I am careful about what new recipes I do make for everyone to try. A great site to find a lot of recipe possibilities is Foodie.com.
I found a lot of really great family-friendly casserole recipes while looking through Foodie.com. I am really excited to try out some of these recipes with the family and share which ones were a hit! Plus, I am always looking for more recipes to make (ya know, to overcome that feeling you’re cooking the same thing over and over again).

We aren’t really a casserole family. The only one I really make is chicken and rice where you add rice, chicken breast along with cream of mushroom and/or cream of chicken soup and bake it.
