Growing up, I was surrounded by smoke. One set of my parents smoked on a regular basis around me. They smoked in the car and in the backyard, but not in the house. However, I was constantly in the midst of smoke.  I did not like it at all, but as a kid, what could I say? All I could do is grow up to stay away from cigarettes all together.  Don’t get me wrong, I can empathize with those who smoke and have a hard time quitting. I’ve been told by my parents how hard it is to quit (one of whom does not smoke to this day). Vaping with IQOS Heets Dubai can help. If you love vaping, you may want to purchase a Lost Mary Vape Device and various other vape products to better enjoy the experience. As a leading provider of vape products in Switzerland, the Swiss Vape Distributor is your trusted source for a wide range of vaping needs. You may also want to try these disposable vape pod kits like the ones at Myle UAE shop now!

Let’s talk a little about tobacco use.  Did you know that tobacco is the only consumer product that kills when used as intended?  It is the number one cause of preventable death today – killing 480,000 Americans every year!  Tobacco use is a pediatric epidemic: 5.6 million children alive today will die prematurely from smoking unless we do something now.  I am proud to be participating in this Tobacco-Free Kids campaign and spread the word about Living Tobacco-Free on the Central Coast.

As someone who has experienced the negative effects of second-hand smoke, I understand the importance of finding healthier alternatives. Quitting smoking is not easy, but it’s essential for your health and the health of those around you. If you’re struggling to quit smoking, it might be helpful to consider using a bong for your herbs instead. Not only is it a healthier alternative to smoking tobacco, but it can also be beneficial for your plants. Believe it or not, watering your plants with your bong water can provide them with the nutrients they need to thrive. Making small changes, like switching to a bong, can make a big difference in your health and well-being.

Quitting smoking is a challenging process, but it is essential to take care of your health and well-being. Fortunately, there are many healthier alternatives to smoking tobacco, such as using a bong. Besides being a healthier option, using a bong can also provide an enjoyable experience for those who appreciate the aroma and taste of herbs. It’s essential to research and invests in a high-quality bong that fits your preferences to make the transition to a tobacco-free lifestyle more comfortable. With the right tools and mindset, anyone can quit smoking and live a healthier, happier life.

There is a great new site where you can find retailers in your local areas where you can shop tobacco-free!  This newly-launched site has great new resources, including a map where you can search your zip code and get a list of the tobacco-free retailers in the area right on the homepage.  On the site, you can also thank your Tobacco-Free retailers, tell stores to go tobacco-free, and even post the “I shop tobacco free” badge on your blog (if you have one) and/or social pages.  I love how easy it is to browse the site and find tobacco-free retailers where we live!

I love this very important campaign. Keep our children healthy.

  2. Liz Mays says:

I think we’re headed in the right direction with stores that have eliminated it. Baby steps are still steps!

  3. Robin (Masshole Mommy) says:

Smoking is just plain gross. I love that places are going smoke free, but then they all huddle outside the door so you end up having to walk through a cloud of smoke anyways. Yuck!

  4. What a great way to try to influence companies to stop selling tobacco products. I love this.

  5. Debbie Denny says:

The thing is, it is legal just like alcohol.Smokers are treated like second-hand citizens and it still does not stop. Cigarettes are the highest taxed item in this country and that explains why the government will not outlaw them all together… They will have to take a cut in pay!!! I do agree smoking around children is a no-no.

  6. It is great to see companies take a stand. It was awesome when my state out lawed smoking in bars. I TOTALLY love it.

  7. kristin says:

One shop at a time. Love this hope it spreads fast.

  8. Krystal says:

This is a great way to put the pressure on other stores to stop selling tobacco products. It’s a horrible product.

  9. Pam says:

Tobacco is such a horrible thing. My dad has been addicted to it for 73 years and it has caused many health problems.

  10. Stefany says:

I smoked for many years (UGH) and have quit. Now I hate to be around the smoke at all so this is something I would really like!

  11. Lisa Bristol says:

Smoking is such a bad habit. It is one of the hardest things to quit. I am lucky i have never smoked.

  12. Tracey says:

Tobacco is an awful product! This is a great way to put the pressure on other stores to stop selling tobacco products.

  13. Donna says:

I am an ex-smoker and love this. I would love to see cigarettes become illegal, quite honestly, but as a commenter above me mentioned, it’s a big money maker and I doubt that will ever happen. But if something is so bad for you and is known to cause cancer, it should be illegal to buy and sell it. Just saying.

  14. Brandy says:

I have always had a hard time staying tobacco free, I never have smoked inside my home nor car but still … I quit go back quit go back. I am on a mission to keep off tobacco this year … I can do it. Thanks for sharing this campaign!

  15. Wow, this is such a great initiative! As someone who has struggled with a nicotine addiction for 20 years…I really appreciate all of the anti-tobacco campaigns out there!

  16. My Mother-in-law smokes. It drives me crazy!!!

  17. Melinda says:

We have no smoking in restaurants in Delaware but there’s still the problem of people smoking directly outside of the doors of stores. This is a great movement!

  18. I hate smoking. I have never done it, never tried it. Both my parents were smokers. My father had collapsed lungs and passed away due to stomach cancer. He was really young but he was also a heavy smoker and drug user. My mother still smokes and I have tried to get her to stop. We watched her father die of lung cancer so you would think that would inspire her to quit. Nope.

  19. Christie says:

This would be amazing if everyone was tobacco free! We have such allergy/asthma problems!

  20. Rosey says:

It’s amazing how much progress has been made in getting smoke out of the lungs of kids (and people) who don’t want it, and/or don’t have a choice. Your opening comments reminded me of my childhood. I remember sitting on a family member’s lap and they had a cigarette in their other hand. Glad things are changing for the better.

  21. all my life both of my parents have smoked. I hate it and I wish they would stop! There is no point to it!

  22. Chrysa says:

Wow this is amazing. Thanks for sharing it. I’ll pass it along to my central coast friends.

  23. Dawn says:

I think living tobacco free is always a smart decision, especially when children are in the home. We have a had a few family members die of tobacco-related causes, and that’s enough to make us not even think twice about smoking.

  24. Marina John says:

I think we all agree that this is great! This is great progress.

  25. I’ve been trying to shop at places that don’t sell Tobacco. I like that CVS recently stopped selling tobacco products, plus, Target doesn’t. I keep that in mind in shopping and where I’ll spend my money.

  26. Laura says:

We have a no smoking policy in restaurants and bars and such here in Illinois. I love it. I cannot believe that businesses used to allow it!

  27. Dina says:

What a great campaign. This is so relevant to what the kids are seeing now. Although I’ll say there’s definitely less people smoking then what used to be.

  28. Kiwi says:

This is needed! More and more places are getting stricter with their smoking policies. And they should I hate smoke!

  29. Veronica says:

That is great! I also wondered why pharmacies carried cigarettes when they are supposed to advocate good health. A great step in the right direction

  30. melisasource says:

Living tobacco-free is what I chose a long time ago. Just never appealed to me. I love the website featured of retailers! Great info!
