BAND-AID Brand Honors Our Veteran Heroes
I participated in an Influencer Activation on behalf of Influence Central for BAND-AID® Brand. I received product samples to facilitate my review as well as a promotional item to thank me for my participation.
Those who serve in our military have a soft place in my heart. My dad served in the Vietnam War before he met my mom (and before I was even thought of). He shared with me how hard it was coming back and how unsupportive people were. To this day, whenever I see someone in uniform, I thank them for their service. If they have Vietnam Veteran insignia, I tell them, “Welcome Home.” My future husband also served in the military and I am so thankful to him for his service as well. I hope our military members that I encounter know how grateful I am for their service to our country!
Each day, there are thousands of brave Americans who wear their hearts on uniformed sleeves. They put their lives on the line to ensure the freedom our nation enjoys today. We recognize and celebrate their valor, integrity and sacrifice through patriotic holidays, as well as during special services. We also recognize them via monuments, medals and memorials. However, if you are like me and many others, you often wonder if there is more we can do.
To support and thank our veterans, BAND-AID® Brand partnered with Team Red, White & Blue as the primary sponsor of the Team Red, White & Blue Old Glory Coast to Coast Relay celebrating veteran soldiers who fought tirelessly to protect us all. During the relay, runners carry an American flag 3,800 miles across the country and help to raise awareness and funds to enrich the lives of America’s veterans by connecting them to their communities through physical and social activities.
In our home, we use the BAND-AID® Brand on a regular basis. From Hello Kitty designs to Cars designs and more, we have a variety in our medicine cabinet. We have recently added another assortment that brings special feelings to me – Our Veteran Heroes variety. Every time I look at it, I think of my dad and my future husband – both of whom served in our military. I am so thankful for both of these men and so glad that the BAND-AID® Brand has found a way to honor them and our other Veteran Heroes!

I love that band aid has done this, they would also do 4th of july, halloween, christmas, etc.

My Uncle and Uncle in Law are both Vietnam Veterans. Very thankful for their service.
We use Band-Air brand bandages. Any company that supports our military is a company that I will support.
We go through a lot of Band Aids in this house between kiddo and her dad. According to kiddo, even our pets have needed them. lol
I love that Band Aids, and Band-Aid too, for recognizing our home heroes. We’ve got military all over our family, and these things always hit home (in a good way) for me.

Wow, I had no idea that Band-Aid had this new line out, that is awesome! Our military really doesn’t get the recognition it deserves, I think even small things like this help to pay our soldiers respect!
