A few months ago, I had the opportunity to test-drive a 2014 Toyota Sienna XLE and it was awesome! I fell in love with it the moment it drove up to our home on the Central Coast. You see, we have a big family and finding a vehicle that is comfortable and fits all of us is super important! The Toyota Sienna XLE did just that and more!

It was great for driving around town and going on long road trips! The kids especially loved the feature of the flat screen television and DVD player. This makes long road trips go by so much more quickly! I love that it fit 8 people (comfortably) and there was still a ton of room in the trunk for storage (or groceries or towels and water toys).

When we had to give the Toyota Sienna XLE, I was so bummed (just ask Frank). In fact, I told Frank that I wanted that it to be the next vehicle we bought for our family. Of course, it wouldn’t be brand new with all the perks like this one (with a big family, we’re on a budget), but it will have many of the same perks as the Toyota Sienna we drove. I absolutely loved it! And I never thought I would drive a minivan!  Some of my favorite features were (1) Flat Screen Television with DVD Player; (2) Bench seats making it possible to fit a family of 8; (3) Keyless Entry; (4) Trunk with lots of Storage Room; (5) Sunroof; (6) Heated Seats; and (7) lots of storage in the front.  The Toyota Sienna XLE was overall a great vehicle!  A big thanks to the Toyota team for this awesome opportunity!

Have you ever driven a Toyota Sienna XLE? If so, what were your favorite features?

I participated in a sponsored campaign with Toyota.  All opinions are mine.

  1. Back when you were doing this, we were in the market for our van. We were heavily leaning towards the Sienna and one of your posts made it final.

Omg, the internal struggle I had trying to convince myself to get a minivan.

But I’m glad because it is awesome!! We bought it used but it has an insane amount of features and the price was great. We only have 2 kids (more later hopefully) and it’s soooooo roomy. We came from an Equinox, and while we loved it, it was so small for out needs. The Sienna is absolutely amazing and even though it’s a (shudder) minivan, I’ve found a new respect for them and cannot see us having anything else as a family car.

My son calls ii the Iron Man van because of the color and all the sliding doors and features. I seriously want to hook it up with decals and stuff to really make it look like Iron Man. Maybe it’s a coping mechanism with having a minivan but whatever, it’s great!
