I can’t begin to tell you how excited I am about marrying one of the most amazing men I’ve ever known!  Well, ok, so if you follow me on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook or this blog, you probably already know how excited I am to marry him!  Frank and I are getting married (and joining our families into one big family) on February 28th on a Carnival Cruise.  I have never seen or heard of a cruise wedding, so I am really excited to share with you pics and videos from ours when it happens next year! Couples who are planning their wedding may start by looking for available venues like wedding ballrooms.

So, part of getting married on a cruise (even though it will be in port) requires planning.  It requires planning for those who will fly out or drive down to attend, as well as those who would like to go on the week long wedding cruise.  For our Save the Dates, we decided to send out magnets.  I love this idea because people can simply stick the magnet on their fridge and it’s there to remind them.  We ordered through Magnet Street and paid about $132 for 100 magnets and envelopes.

I do have to say that we (or should I say I?) definitely ordered a few too many.  I guess I just got so excited that I ordered before officially figuring out who we were going to invite.  As you know, addressing and stamping the envelopes is part of the process of sending the Save the Dates.  I chose to go with the pretty cartoon-looking roses for our Save the Dates envelopes.  We’ll use a different stamp for the wedding invitations when we send those out.

The total we paid was $132.00 for the Save the Date Magnets with foil-lined envelopes and then $49.00 for 100 stamps.  Magnet Street was definitely easy to work with and notified us when the order was received, as well as when the order was shipped.  Plus, we were able to find a coupon, which saved us money on the order as well.  I would definitely recommend using Magnet Street if you are considering sending Save the Date Magnets for your wedding.

I received no compensation or products for this post.  All opinions are mine.
