In our family, we eat a lot of spaghetti!  In fact, the boys’ faces always light up when I announce that we’re having spaghetti for dinner.  Usually when I make spaghetti, I have to break the noodles in half so they’ll fit in the pot.  Not any more though, since I discovered Anthony’s Pot-Sized Pasta!

When I told my friends about Anthony’s Pot-Sized Pasta, they were a little skeptical.  Their main concern was that often times, when you buy products in ready to use sizes, you get less of the product.  It’s not that way with Anthony’s Pot-Sized Pasta.  The Pot-Sized Spaghetti came with a pound of noodles – same as other boxes, except the noodles were already halved for me!  Plus, on the top of the box, you can figure out the amount of pasta to use for the servings you want to prepare.  That’s pretty dang convenient!

I love that all I had to do was heat up the water and then add the pasta.  No juggling the pasta or breaking it in half, with pieces flying all over the kitchen.  Plus, the noodles were thick and tasty when they finished cooking.  Heck, I could have eaten the noodles without the spaghetti sauce!

If you can’t tell, at Anthony’s, they are a little obsessed with shortcuts.  And when it comes to cooking – anything that makes things in the kitchen go faster, easier, better….Sign…Them…Up.  That’s how they came up with the idea for their new Pot-Sized Pasta.  Through March 19th, Anthony’s is looking for your kitchen shortcuts in their “Share Your Shortcut” Promotion on Facebook.  The entry who receives the most votes on their shortcut through a user poll will receive a $500 gift card at the end of the promotion!  For instance, the shortcut I shared was freezing strawberries to use in smoothies or jam.
