I’m a Kohl’s Fashion Ambassador! How Do You Wear Pink??

Growing up with red hair, I was hesitant to wear pink.  For some unknown reason, it was my belief that with red hair, you just didn’t wear pink!  Greens, browns, blues and blacks were good, but not pink.  It was a huge surprise to me when I wore pink for the first time to my sister’s wedding in Maui…and I actually looked really good in it!  Even with the red hair!!  

I am so excited to announce that I am participating in the Kohl’s Fashion Ambassador Campaign with Mom Central!  Over the past few months, I have loved looking at a variety of fashion blogs.  In fact, they’ve inspired me to create some of my very own fashion posts here on The Mommy-Files!  And now I have the perfect opportunity as a Kohl’s Fashion Ambassador with Mom Central.

The other day, I headed over to our local Kohl’s and noticed something different about the store!  If you’ve been there recently, you’ve probably also noticed the “Wink of Pink” signs displayed throughout the store.  They’re geared up for this Spring’s trend – Pink!!!  Oh yeah baby!  Pink is everywhere and there are so many cute looks you can get at a budget-friendly price…and get Kohl’s cash back like I did!!!

I love shopping at Kohl’s because it the go-to store for runway to real life looks.  Kohl’s makes it easy and affordable to get the latest looks for the season.  Whether you’re looking for a pink dress for date night, skinny jeans for running errands or Roll-Cuff Denim for lounging around the house.  There are all sorts of styles and designs to choose from!

I had a lot of fun having “me” time and trying on the different outfits at Kohl’s.  I had a budget, so I had to limit what I bought, but I think I got a lot for what I spent!  I purchased a cute pair of Jennifer Lopez Cuffed Denim Capri Pants, which went perfectly with the Croft & Barrow Printed Tank.  I added some bling to my look with the SONOMA Life + Style Gold Tone Bead Linear Drop Earrings, the SONOMA Life + Style Gold Tone Simulated Crystal, Bead & Kite Charm Necklace, and the SONOMA Life + Style Bead Stretch Bracelet Set.  I loved how much they added to the outfit…and they were on sale!

I swapped tops for the Dana Buchman Knot-Front Top, which I also paired up with the jewelry.  I love the Knot-Front look in the front and the pattern.  It’s such a cheery, happy outfit!  I could wear on a date night, running errands or around the house!  

Not only did I have a blast choosing some outfits for mommy, but I also bough everything on sale.  I also made sure to use my Kohl’s Rewards Card and actually earned $30 in Kohl’s Cash!  Oh yeah, that means I’ll definitely be back to Kohl’s soon!
