Fisher-Price: Real Advice from Real Moms
One of the main things I love about blogging is that thoughts and information comes from the mouths of real moms. It doesn’t come from movie stars or famous celebrities, but from real moms like me and you. I don’t know if you find this, but I sure do. Some of the best parenting advice I’ve received has been from one parent to another – real experiences. Fisher-Price is bringing to life advices form real parents to others through Moments of Advice. The tips below demonstrate how our children can learn through play.
– Baby First Steps (6 months – 1 years old)
– Playtime Tips (2-3 years old)
– Learning Through Play (4-6 years old)
My boys learned through play when they were little and still do! Whether it’s building a tower or sculpting a car or person out of clay, they are always using their imagination and learning at the same time. It could be as simple as dressing up in a costume or having an imaginary get-together. The imagination is an amazing thing and teaches our children to “think outside the box” and to great creative. I don’t know about you, but I grew up with Fisher-Price toys and so have my boys. Imagination is the key to growing and learning.
How do your children learn through play? What advice can you give to other parents regarding your children learning through play? What are some of the best ways?
