What is real beauty? Does makeup, a new haircut or new outfits make a woman beautiful? I think that beauty is both outside (makeup, hair, etc), as well as inside (personality, attitude and self-esteem). It is important for us to help our young women discovery their individual beauty, thus helping them to build their self-esteem. With good self-esteem, the sky is the limits when it comes to future opportunities – whether in career, education or personal.
