I’m Taking the LISTERINE 21-Day Oral Care Challenge! Are You?

Growing up, I had crooked teeth and my smile was something I felt self-conscious about. It was in high school when I got braces and did everything I was supposed to so that the end result would be a beautiful smile. People who want to achieve a brighter smile but have missing teeth may replace them with dental implants. There are several other restorative dentistry services that can help improve your smile.

Now, I have a beautiful smile and work hard to make sure I keep my teeth healthy, clean and white.  My fiancé and I will be getting married in a year and I definitely want to make sure my smile is healthy and beautiful. I also need preventive dentistry services to keep my teeth and gums healthy.

I am excited to be participating in the LISTERINE® 21-DAY CHALLENGE Oral Care Challenge with The Motherhood.  In this Oral Care Challenge, I will be brushing, flossing and rinsing with LISTERINE® Antiseptic twice a day for 21 days!!   To get started, I headed to Target to pick up the essentials – LISTERINE® Antiseptic, LISTERINE® SMART RINSE®, LISTERINE® WHITENING® Original Gel Fluoride Anticavity Toothpaste and REACH® Floss.

Did you know that brushing misses 75% of your mouth?  That’s kind of scary!  Currently, I brush at least twice a day (sometimes more depending on how much chocolate or candy I eat that day) and then floss once a day.  Sometimes I find that I have to brush AGAIN because I notice a sticky film on my teeth.  I like to feel smoothness on my teeth after I brush and I never thought that brushing missed 75% of my mouth.  I have to admit that I don’t rinse on a regular basis, so I am excited to see how that will make a difference in my oral care.
