Creating a DIY Goodie Bag for Valentine’s Day + $25 Gift Card Giveaway
It’s Valentine’s Day and that means lots of reds, pinks, candies, cookies and crafts! I love Valentine’s Day! Not only because it’s a fun and romantic holiday, but because it gives me a chance to get creative with sweets and show those I love how much I love them.
With each holiday, I love seeing the different baked goodies available in the Bakery Section at the grocery store. We typically shop at Vons for groceries, since it’s only 5 minutes away from us. Not only do I like to browse the different festive goodies, but sometimes I even buy them! Most recently, I picked up two different trays of Valentine’s Day cookies. I chose the Frosted Sugar Cookies with Valentine’s Day sprinkles and the Sugar Cookies with Valentine’s Day sprinkles.
After eating a few of the cookies, I decided to put together a few Valentine’s Day Goodie Bags. I purchased the Goodie Bag Kits at Walmart for less than $2.00 each. They were super easy! I put the ears on and then the eye and the bag was done. Then I filled them with the Valentine’s Day cookies, which you could see through the clear window on the bag.
It wasn’t until recently that I learned that Rich Products Corporation was a leading provider to in-store bakery and retail marketplaces. In 2014, Rich Products is encouraging everyone to spread the love to all of the special people in their lives who make every day a little better – from the dog walker, to your neighbor and co-workers, etc…by gifting them with a small surprise on Valentine’s Day or anytime throughout the year. After all, sweet treats always make for delicious gifts, but since many of us don’t have the time to bake something for everyone’s taste, the bakery at our grocery stores offers a variety of inexpensive, fresh and delicious options that can be turned into great, personalized gifts.

My daughter!! She always has a positive attitude and a smile on my worst days she can always make me smile, too!!
My hubby makes me smile every morning. The first thing he does each day is try to make me laugh somehow. He is awfully corny sometimes, but he makes me giggle!

God makes every day better for me. Without my faith, I would be stressed and depressed. I lean on God for strength daily.
My son cause he always tells me he loves me and makes me feel special
My daughter – she is so loving and funny!
Oh boy. I’d have to say my son. I have two kids, a daughter and a son. And I love them both dearly! But for some reason, my son seems to have a knack for compassion like no other kid. He always asks how my day was. And he will come sit with me and say he just felt like he didn’t spend enough time with me that day. And at bedtime, he says he loves me at least 5 times before the lights are finally out. He’s beyond sweet!
